This book contains the freedom struggle of India. The Indian Rebellion of 1857 was a major uprising in India in 1857-58 against the rule of the British East India Company, which functioned as a sovereign power on behalf of the British Crown.
All the articles in this book are historical and documentary. It includes the writings of important writers like Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Khaliq Ahmad Nizami and Maulana Ghulam Rasool Mehr etc.
