Judicial reform trial

The monograph is devoted to a specific historical characteristic of the views of the West Siberian intelligentsia on the state of the judicial system of the region, the peculiarities of its transformation at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries. The structure and content of the value judgments of lawyers, the sources and stages of their formation, which directly depended on the government policy towards the region, are disclosed. The monograph is addressed to historians, lawyers, graduate students of humanitarian specialties, as well as everyone interested in the history of the regional policy of the Russian Empire.
