Über Kaizen Groups and their implications in the Human Resources of the company
Kaizen groups have been analyzed from numerous perspectives directly related to the final effect on the productivity of a company or organization. However, from my personal point of view, this paper provides a look merely focused on the management of the impact of this methodology of continuous improvement on the human resources of a company. At the same time, organizational change will be a key concept to understand in order to achieve a broader and more efficient view of the phenomenon and its particularities.
