In order to cope with market uncertainties and become more competitive, companies need to develop their knowledge, and knowledge management practices can help them do this. With this in mind, the aim of this research was to analyse the main knowledge management practices adopted by accounting companies in Imperatriz-MA, which enable them to boost their capacity for innovation and growth.
