The best leaders strive to accomplish what no superhero in a comic book ever has: They seek to create an army of superheroes who, when properly aligned, directed, and motivated, can achieve feats not even Superman could fathom.

But just like the superheroes in comic books, leaders in the real world have weaknesses.
