Emma and Chris are two people who paths shouldn't cross, but since Nick is Emma's friend and Chris's little brother, it's inevitable for them not to see each other.

Emma has had a crush on Chris since year 11, but she doesn't do anything regarding it until one drunken night when he kisses her. When Emma meets him again, she confronts Chris about the unspoken night, but his jarring words and charming actions confuse her. Emma tries to distract herself with what really matters: her studies, her friends, her books and her favourite place, Lily's Café.
