Little Motivation

I truly believe that everyone that has ever lived, is currently living, or ever will live, will lose traction somewhere in their journey through life and they will slow down and lose ground due too unwanted negative or unneeded circumstance.

So, when this happens, and we lose motivation, I say this to you; It takes a lot of energy to motivate someone else, but it takes even more to motivate yourself. It takes a lot of courage to help someone else when they are down, but it takes just A ÒLittleÓ more Motivation and heart I believe to pick yourself up off the floor and move forward when you really donÕt want to.

And that is the point of this bookÉ to help you find that little bit of motivation that you have been looking for so you can learn how to motivate yourself. Yes, you are indeed your own worst critic. However, they never told you that you are indeed your own best life-coach.
