Livy Book XXI

Originally published in 1888, this book contains the Latin text of the 21st book of the monumental history of Rome by Titus Livius, dealing with the beginning of the Second Punic War and Hannibal's crossing of the Alps. The history is prefaced with an introduction to Livy's sources and a guide to his dense style.
