Lizzie and the Storytellers

At a wilderness camp for youngsters helping each other with grief, twelve-year-old Lizzie is fascinated by stories and tales of magic, determination, sorrow, faith, and forgiveness - all shared with humor and sympathy. She finds comfort in her new friendships.

She learns to grieve in a new way - through honoring her mother. She and her new friends, from different backgrounds, learn to forgive each other, and themselves. Lizzie will always miss her mother, but is determined to keep her in her heart, and reach out to others to give and receive comfort.
