Lycophronis Chalcidensis Alexandra, Sive Cassandra est carmen heroicum et obscurum, quod de Troianorum bello scribitur. In hoc libro, Lycophronus poeta fabulas et mythologias Graecas adhibet, ut rem difficiliorem et obscuriorem efficiat. Carmen hoc constat ex 1474 versibus, quos Lycophronus in dictione difficili et obscura scripsit. Poeta in hoc carmine Alexandram, filiam Priami, Troianorum regis, describit, quae post bellum Troianum in Aegyptum navigavit. Alexandram, quae in hoc carmine Cassandra dicitur, poetae infortunia et miserias describit, quae eam in Aegypto secutae sunt.
