The local kingpin has been hiding, but former Key West Citizen reporter Thom Hark had uncovered a crime ring that was consolidated by a local kingpin. While Rick Marlow is recovering from a surprise attack, Greg Marlow is on the job and plans to bring the shooter to justice, one way or another.
