Mechanics of Time. Builders of the Past

In order to win it is necessary for Venezuelans to constantly do an exercise; in what way have we and our institutions, historically and politically speaking, made use of the past, of memory and historical heritage as a source for the development of the nation and its regions? Some answers will be more reflection than government agenda. These texts, in a non-conformist manner, invite the reader to participate in a diachronic, critical and revisionist journey on the ideological conceptions of Western thought that since colonial times and its consequent modern stage continue to project a negative and poor vision of the historical past(s) of Venezuelans. Above the academic whim, it is on the conception of the past that the peoples conceive part of the existence of their ethos as a source of rootedness, permanence and traditional historical appreciation of their culture and all that it implies. The way in which the conception of the past is conceived as tradition and source of existence, the same way we will see their cultural forms of action.
