Mentoring Young Men of Color

Takes a look at the phenomena of youth mentoring through a cultural lens. This work investigates the value of school-based mentoring (SBM) in the lives of adolescent males of color, and offers ways in which society can experience and embrace this social group. It also informs schools and communities of their roles and responsibilities.
