Rumor has it that Mrs. O'Leary is a witch, but on this Halloween night the children muster up the nerve to go to her run-down house and ring her doorbell only to find an interesting surprise. In Mrs. O'Leary's Halloween, the children learn it's not nice to judge people too quickly. It's important to keep an open mind.
