After working extra hours at her job, she was looking forward to taking some time off. But, when she had a phone call, she was summoned back into the office in a hurry. What they thought to be a present from a secret admirer, turned out to be something darker than any of them realised. However, with the realisation that someone had planted it on her desk without being noticed gives Kate a foreboding sense that something wasn't right.

Tasked with finding the person who gave her the valentine's gift, Kate is paired up with her long-standing crush Mark. As they delve deeper into the case, she soon realised that some things were better left unsaid and the list of suspects grows longer by the day.
