Dick Featherstone is captured in Tibet by The Red Menace of Lhassa; after a grueling escape he travels to London with none other than the Black Wolf. At a seance he meets with Nelson Lee, the famous detective, and asks for help. And he needs it too, for the Red Menace has travelled to London, seeking the return of his intern.
