Ohada collective proceedings and human rights

"All law... is now assessed in the light of human rights", and insolvency proceedings are no exception. While it is clear that the evolution of collective proceedings is in favor of human dignity and therefore human rights, the question of the relationship between the two has not been systematically addressed in OHADA. This book is therefore intended as an introduction to the subject.
