Open Mind, Open Talk

This is a book about the body, the mind and the spirit. It is a written account of what is commonly called an "Open Talk" in the rooms of 12 step recovery, from the world of the author, David Mark Stashko. The book has various entries from the author's personal journals, which allows the reader to better understand how he lives and feels from day to day.
