Decision making in work environments has ultimate importance to reach common goals, but it is presented at different levels causing conflict between the ability to recognize possibilities and personal experiences. Decision-making is an action that requires, in addition to firmness, the courage to face the results presented, however, to face these paradigms, without worries, one must recognize the problems, identify possible actions and implement them according to the purpose. This study aimed to list the impact caused by decision-making intuitively and subjectively relating the end activities and demonstrate the obstacles that the environment brings.
