When two students go missing during a hike, Caleb Harris and his closest friend Grant are brought in to lead the search team. But they find a lot more than they expect. When Grant disappears, Caleb finds himself a suspect in a murder case beyond his wildest imagination. Teamed up with his estranged wife, Caleb sets out to seek the answers to all the mysterious disappearances-until the unthinkable happens.

Jennifer Farner is a scientist, and her life experiences taught her to question everything and imagine the answers. She currently works in the healthcare field. She loves backyard astronomy and reading, often finding herself curling up with a written work of any kind.
Farner lives in Utah with her husband and two daughters.
