Popular Communication in antagonistic contexts, cases: Colombia-Cuba

The popular radio stations of two Latin American countries, Colombia and Cuba, from two experiences: APCO, El Campesino newspaper, ANAP magazine (National Association of Small Farmers), the review of their historical processes allowed to show a relationship between the popular and the hegemonic where the peasants were protagonists and their interference in the social development, from antagonistic ways of organizing politically and economically the territories.
