Brief analysis of an approach to procedural cooperation in Sonora; Mexico, and particularly our state of Sonora, is just beginning to learn about and apply international treaties from the local level in strict compliance with the control of conventionality that all judges and authorities are obliged to adhere to as part of their positive law.
