No flowery words or baby talk - matter-of-fact and straight-forward, as it is in the experience of the author.
The idea is to share in the hope that someone will find it of value, and save themselves or another. A book of Hope and Learning for despondent kids, adolescents and parents.
This book covers suicide, bullying, physical and sexual abuse, long term and short term depression, mental health, recovery, attitudes, sudden unexpected death, feelings, talking, resources, education, disorders and much more.
He doesn't have all the answers. However in many cases, he can help you find your answer or path.
