Everyone is resting easy that fateful morning following a severe storm the night before. Soon villagers start reporting strange occurrences and seeing ghostly apparitions. Residents wonder if the violent storm that had raged had dislodged the remains of Gundy, who had disappeared under suspicious circumstances more than fifty years ago.
To resolve the problem. Officer Speng is pressed into action once again. He is called upon to use his special skills to investigate and solve the mystery.
