The topic "spelling" is recurrent in high school students but complex to approach. Its treatment requires a certain conception of how to handle correct writing, that is, to deal with the subject from an encyclopedic position or from an accompaniment to the construction of knowledge of the rules and general laws of spelling, strengthening the spelling doubt and generating interest in good writing. The use of computer tools to encourage research in high school students and, consequently, to go through a meaningful learning process, was the trigger to motivate tertiary level students. It was directed towards the objective of promoting a critical attitude towards the socio-graphematic reality and how it could be approached, from the technological creativity, a work where the student is the actor of his own learning. The agreement was to organize a project involving research, technology and pedagogy, thus projecting meaningful learning.
