Statute of Persons with Disabilities - Legal Protection and New Challenges

We thank God and our families for this opportunity. People with disabilities have always been relegated to the background, often suffering all kinds of prejudice. With this work we intend to show that the disabled person is a subject of rights. This paradigm shift in Brazilian society on this subject reflects an advance in our society. We dedicate this book once again to God, our families and all people with disabilities.
