STEEL-TOWN GIRL

Growing up on land owned by Bethlehem Steel Corporation in Sparrows Point, Maryland was an experience which I will always remember and cherish. From early childhood I can recall the warm camaraderie of friendly, concerned neighbors who would become my extended family. The caring nature of the small town served to build pride and security in the hearts and minds of its residents. I invite you on an interesting journey back to a very special place and time.
