Strategic people management in legal administration

For a long time, law firms remained far removed from the practices preached and employed by management, and for this reason until the last few decades we found few published works in the area of legal management in Brazil. This work was compiled and presented in a Master's Business course. It is the result of a study conducted with lawyers, and its theoretical basis comes from management theories and practices.
