The book is written in order to bring closeness into the gaps between leaders and the followers, the youths and the upcoming generations. When Leadership becomes unforeseen role, destruction is inevitable. The roles of the youths in our day to day activities cannot be over emphasized, irrespective of our gender. This book will open your eyes to what, why and where God has called you to be before the foundation of the earth. The youth Ministry purpose is not to have a bunch (large or small) of comfortable Christians who will show up on a Friday night for some fun and entertainment.
