Professional orientation in higher education is a necessity and at the same time a complex problem not yet solved, especially if we analyze the work of the teacher to carry out this process. The general objective of this research is to propose an intervention program aimed at the preparation for the work of professional orientation of the teacher of the career of Educational Sciences, option Psychology, in the Higher Pedagogical School of Bié, Republic of Angola. From the most general method of scientific knowledge: the dialectical-materialist, the exploratory-descriptive type of study and with the use of theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods, a process of collective reflection from the practice was carried out, in which the researcher and the teachers were involved to give solution to the scientific problem of the research. From the results of the diagnosis, the determination of achievements and deficiencies, the work sessions and the implementation of different organizational forms, a scientific result emerged: the intervention program.
