Teaching of Science in Cambridge

Five pamphlets which illustrate the world of Darwin's mentors, Sedgwick and Henslow, in Cambridge, and the development of life and earth sciences as academic subjects. The pamphlets include extracts from Darwin's letters on the Beagle voyage, which Henslow had published at his own expense.
