Timmie and his little sister Bridget, affectionately called Teacup, don't know it yet, but adventure waits for them in the ocean near their vacation home.
While Teacup and Timmie's parents are happily lazing on a beach blanket, the kids meet an amazing sea creature who loves all kinds of human food... and can talk!
