After Prometheus and his brother Epimetheus fill the world with living creatures, Epimetheus gives all the gifts to the animals and there is nothing left for man. Prometheus steals fire from Mount Olympus to give to mankind and incurs the wrath of Zeus and the other gods. This humorous version of the Greek creation myth told in a combination of prose and verse, will delight kids of all ages. The poem aligns with Level 1 of the HOT ROD series of decodable books.
