The citizen¿s civil and administrative procedure code

This book is an analysis of the Algerian code of civil and administrative procedure, highlighting the difficulties of implementation and the different interpretations that can be made of the same content, based on practical cases. Cost and slowness were also addressed. This analysis of the provisions is reinforced by an examination of the different jurisdictions, as well as the situation of magistrates and their training.
