Arthur Wellesley (1769-1852), first Duke of Wellington, was one of the leading military figures of the nineteenth century. These volumes of dispatches, reissued from the revised 1844 edition, provide fascinating details of his military campaigns. Volume 6 covers his Peninsular campaigns between 1812 and 1813.
