Story 5: The Flaxens and the black-and-white challenge
The Flaxens try to figure out why the wolf living in the quarry is often gloomy. They find out the problem lies in the thoughts of the wolf. The Flaxens choose to target the wolf’s black-and-white thinking. (Cognitive distortion: “all-or-nothing” thinking)
Story 6: The Flaxens and same patterns
The Flaxens visit Komelus the wolf, whom they once helped. The Flaxens apologize for sticking their nose in Komelus’s life without his permission. Surprisingly, a new problem surfaces. (Cognitive distortion: overgeneralization)
