Allen Shooster and his family are embarking upon a journey into the great frontier across the U.S. in search of gold in the rivers of California. Along the way, Allen and his sister find five lost animals looking for their families. They encounter native communities, wagon pirates, and battle the elements of wind, fire, earth, and water.
