Rick Lorimer is a bruised veteran of the music business. His band, The Poppyseeds, built up a strong cult following on the pub circuit before the record companies came knocking, propelling Rick and his merry band of rough-edged rockers into a giddy world of mainstream success - eventually performing in front of over fifty thousand people as the support act to one of the biggest bands in England.
