The Naval Chronicle: Volume 23, January–July 1810

The Naval Chronicle, published in 40 volumes between 1799 and 1818, is a key source for British maritime and military history. Volume 23 (1810) includes naval state papers describing the unsuccessful Walcheren Campaign of 1809, detailed reports of the capture of the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, biographies and maps.
