Rev. Fr. Cyril O. Apassa Ed.D. is a graduate of the University of San Francisco. He is US citizen, but born in Nigeria.
He is a retired priest of the diocese of Reno, but currently resides in the diocese of Tyler where he is recuperating from his ill-health.
