The book presents a strategy for the training of the tutors of the pedagogical practice in the work training at the Higher Institute of Educational Sciences (ISCED) in the province of Huambo - Angola, which responds to the insufficiencies detected during the work training of the fifth year students of the Mathematics Career. Through the application of empirical methods it was possible to identify that one of the fundamental causes of these insufficiencies is given by the lack of preparation of the teachers who assume the role of tutors during this stage to guide, accompany and evaluate the students in training, the proposal was submitted to the criteria of experts and was valued as pertinent and feasible, which allows these students to appropriate the knowledge and skills necessary to face this work in the new context in which Education in Angola is developed.
