Trial by Jury

The aim of this book is to give an account of the importance that the institute of trial by jury has had in recent times in Argentina. The different systems or models currently in force will be presented, giving a general idea of the institute in our country. Constitutional articles will be analysed, taking into account the powers granted to the National Congress as enumerated in the Magna Carta.
