TRIBUTE NIGHT AT THE SOCIAL

Tribute Night at the Social in its original version was awarded 3rd prize in the 2017 Yeovil ''Writing Without Restrictions'' competition. The setting is the fictional Bannockpace Sports & Social Club, and the open mic event for poets is ''hosted'' by a one famous comedian and ''gatecrashed'' by another !
Each poetic tribute is presented with skill, affection and humour by the author, whose Liverpudlian roots are in evidence throughout. This book is a follow-up to his debut collection, Bird''s Eye View.
