The main objective of this research is to determine the influence that the multimedia tutorial will have when incorporated in the area of Mathematics, this tutorial is based on Cuadernia and applied to third year high school students of the "Técnico Jambelí" High School. The reference theories used came from scientific journal articles and papers. The methodology used according to Reeves (2014) is for the development of computerized educational materials, therefore, a multimedia tutorial was developed that is intended to be incorporated in the mathematics area of the aforementioned educational institution. By means of the tests applied, satisfactory results were obtained when developing this project, achieving that the students are motivated and interested in the directed classes, thus acquiring a significant learning and encouraging the use of the technological resources offered by ICT.
