Ugly Duckling

This illustrated children's book shows the struggles of the Ugly Duckling. It shows the need for courage despite the obstacles he faces. Self acceptance and kindness to oneself are attributes that help him overcome his difficulties. I love the use of watercolors to illustrate the story.
