Unsung Hero contains the memoir of Albert Greene who survived as a POW during WWII, served in Korea and in Vietnam. The book is a biography, cultural history, and love story of family, country, and self. It serves as a tribute to all those who support our country in whatever capacity throughout our history and today. These true memories of a soldier from Brooklyn, New York, and those of his family bring courage, patriotism, selflessness, and honor the greatest generation portrayed. The history of the times is included within each of his adventures. Photographs, a glossary of military jargon, and time is included to better help understanding of the subculture called "the military."
