When The Sax Man Plays

Young and extraordinarily gifted saxophonist, Jason Bottelli, takes up the Head of Music post with London¿s Impervious College. By night he plays at Fats Jazz Club; by day he teaches and wows the students with his talent.

However, Jason experiences many difficulties when he is commanded to mentor a band to win the Impervious Annual Talent Contest, for his very capable protégés have been dissuaded from entering. Jason has his work cut out for him in more ways than one: with only four weeks until the qualifying rounds, he has to put the band together, choose material and rehearse.
