Activity Profiling in Surfing

The main aim of this work is to give an insight into the activity profile of a surfer during one hour of recreational surfing. While ¿Theoretical Part- I and -II¿ provide the reader with the necessary background information needed to understand this paper¿s underlying thesis, ¿Experimental Part- III¿ is dedicated to the study conducted on ¿Activity Profiling during 1h of Recreational Surfing¿. Therefore, this paper intends to shed light on the physiological demands put on surfers during one hour of recreational surfing.
