The quality control studies for some essential antipyretic drugs, such as paracetamol, ibuprofen, and the composition of paracetamol and ibuprofen, are presented in this article. For quality check there are some important parameters which checked on samples. Weight variation, friability, length, diameter, disintegration time, dissolution studies, assay are some important tests which performed on tablets. Dissolution study shows that in the given time how much quantity of drug released. Assay test shows the drug containing percentage in given sampled tablets.
