This original, authorised version has been lovingly recreated electronically for the first time, with reproductions of Potter's unmistakeable artwork optimised for use on colour devices such as the iPad. The Tale of Peter Rabbit was first published by Frederick Warne in 1902 and endures as Beatrix Potter's most popular and well-loved tale. Re-originated in 2002 to mark the centenary of publication bringing it closer to the original edition, six illustrations were restored, four that were removed in 1903 to make room for endpapers and two that have never been used before, Beatrix having initially prepared more illustrations than could be accommodated in the original format.

"The Tale of Mr. Jeremy Fisher" is a children's book written by Beatrix Potter and first published in 1906. What follows is a brief overview :Mr. Jeremy Fisher is a frog that resides in a little damp home amongst the buttercukes close to a pond. Mr Jeremy likes fishing in his pond and hunts for minnows for supper one day. He dons his waterproof coat and galosh and heads out on his lily-pad - shaped boat with his fishing rod and worms canister. But his fishing trip is not as relaxing as he had hoped. After that he omits snagging his fish and receives a boot on his fishing line instead. A water beetle attempts to enter the can of worms and a group of sticklebacks punctures his hands later on. He gets the most severe scare when he gets bit on his toe and is practically sucked into a gigantic trout. Jeremy just barely escapes, wet and scared.Mr Jeremy Fisher quits his fishing expedition and returns home. He's left disappointed when his pals Sir Isaac Newton (a newt) and Alderman Ptolmy Tortoise visit him. An evening is spent together, and instead of eating minnows they indulge in roasted grasshopper with ladybird - sauce - a real treat.

The Tale of Jemima Puddle-Duck is a book written and illustrated by Beatrix Potter and first published by Frederick Warne & Co. in 1908. Jemima Puddle-Duck is not allowed to keep the eggs she lays at the farm, so she seeks out a nesting place in the forest. A charming gentleman fox talks her into nesting at his house on a mysteriously ample supply of feathers. He sends the naive Jemima out to collect traditional herbs for stuffing a duck, saying it is for an omelette. The farm collie, Kep, is able to see through the fox's plan and rescues Jemima. She is eventually able to hatch four ducklings back at the farm. Jemima Puddle Duck is actually a domestic duck that wants to lay as well as hatch her very own eggs, though the farmer's wife regularly confiscates them, as she thinks Jemima isn't an excellent sitter. In search of a secure place to lay the eggs of her, Jemima ventures from the farm and fulfills a charming, well spheakined gentleman with bushy whiskers - a fox.The fox, watching an opportunity, provides Jemima a secure area inside a shed within his wooded house. Ignorant of his cunning motives, she gratefully accepts. Over the next couple of days, Jemima frequently visits the shed to lay the eggs of her. The fox programs to host a supper where Jemima is going to be the main course. He subtly asks her regarding the components for particular meals (implying a duck as well as egg dish) and also directs her on an errand to fetch herbal plants.Fortunately, Kep, a farm collie dog, gets bigger distrustful of Jemima's frequent absence in the farm. After speaking with some of the farm animals and adding the clues collectively, Kep knows the risk Jemima is actually in. Just like the fox is actually planning to make Jemima, Kep, together with 2 other dogs, hurry to the rescue of her. They save Jemima only in period, but her eggs are regrettably forfeited within the commotion.

Beatrix Potter wrote and illustrated the tale of the Story of Miss Moppet, a tale of teasing starring a kitten and a mice, that had been printed in 1906 the Christmas season. Potter was born in London in 1865 and also collaborated with Warne to publish a number of small-format books between 1902 as well as 1905. Her attempt in 1906 at an unusual panorama design for Miss Moppet dissapointed booksellers; The story was reprinted in 1916 as a little book.Miss Moppet, the story's eponymous principal character, is a kitten teased by a mouse. She bumps her head on a cabinet while following him. She then wraps a duster about her head, and sits before the fire "looking really ill". The curious mouse moves closer, is caught, "and because the Mouse has teased Miss Moppet - Miss Moppet believes she will tease the Mouse; Miss Moppet displayed a lack of kindness by doing this. She ties him up inside the drier and throws him around. The mouse escapes and dances a jigger atop the cupboard once completely out of reach. The Story of Miss Moppet might be considered among Potter's weakest creations, but for small kids it serves as a fantastic introduction to books and Peter Rabbit in particular. Miss Moppet was initially released as a porcelain figure in the year 1954 along with a plush totem in 1973. The book was made available in Braille, translated in 7 languages and launched electronically in 2005. Antiquarian booksellers offer original first editions.

The Tale of Johnny Town-Mouse" by Beatrix Potter tells the story of two mice, a country mouse named Timmy Willie and a city mouse named Johnny Town-Mouse, who trade places for a visit. The story contrasts the two different lifestyles and cultures of these two mice. Timmy Willie is used to a simple life in the country, while Johnny Town-Mouse is used to the finer things in life in the city. When Johnny Town-Mouse invites Timmy Willie to visit him in the city, Timmy Willie is fascinated by the excitement and novelty of city life, but he finds it overwhelming and dangerous, especially when he encounters a cat and narrowly escapes a trap. On the other hand, when Timmy Willie invites Johnny Town-Mouse to visit him in the country, Johnny Town-Mouse finds the simplicity and lack of refinement difficult to adapt to, and he longs for the comforts and luxuries of city life. The story teaches valuable lessons about hospitality, manners, kindness, sharing, adaptation, contrast, cultural differences, and the importance of home and familiarity. The book also highlights the themes of friendship, diversity, acceptance, communication, compromise, and empathy. The story is told with charming illustrations and whimsical language, making it a beloved classic of children's literature.
